Mikoto Saijou

Mikoto was born with the two great vessels of his heart switched around. At age zero, he had to go through surgery to get them back to normal. A few years before the story begins, Mikoto was shown the video of the surgery, which made him want to become the world's greatest pediatric surgeon.
