Mina

Mina is a ghost who acts as guardian for an abandoned house that Reiji bought early in the story. Thanks to her stored power over the years, she is able to manifest and maintain her human body form for a long time. Mina is initially unable to leave the house, but after Reiji found her pendant heirloom in the basement, she can freely go out by taking the pendant with her.
