Mioi Hatsumi

Only appearing as a minor character in episode 8, Mioi is wealthy, dense (yet kind and sweet) and obsessed with her chihuahua Momo. She becomes the victim of some terrible harrassment due to her self-centered, extremely dense and rude run-ins with her neighbor Shintani. With the Jigoku Shoujo plot device in place it becomes obvious what happens next.
