Hishi Miracle is an Uma Musume with short, fluffy light-gray hair and slightly drooping eyes that shift from muted green to warm amber tones. She wears white ear covers with blue stripes, with the right one decorated by a ring ornament and a small yellow tassel.

Her racing outfit consists of a sleeveless white dress accented with light blue and gold trim, layered skirts with decorative patterns, detached puffed sleeves, gray tights, and mismatched boots—one white and one black—each detailed with blue accents.

Easygoing and modest, Hishi Miracle is the type who does her best while remaining content with whatever results she achieves. Though she wants to live up to expectations as a proper racer, she sometimes feels tempted to relax rather than push herself. Even so, she quietly hopes that her steady efforts will one day lead to a true "miracle."
