Mirei Kudou

She is the school's student council president, who always gets to reprimand the Literature Club for being noisy mainly due to Andou's antics. She somehow acquires the ability to steal someone else's special powers and use it as well, where she can only do when that particular individual with special powers activates it first. She briefly falls in love with Andou because she mistaken the letter that she receives from him as a love letter wherein one particular caption he misused the kanji symbols that reads "grateful lover" instead of "great robber," referring to her special powers, which is what Andou intended to be.

In spite of the painful misunderstanding she becomes friends with Andou.
