Moe

An outlaw Marrian, Moe is the friend of Woody (the younger brother of Shua) who works with the the counter-Ecoban resistance. He is often depicted as rather unintelligent, but in reality is an extremely caring character who doesn't shy away from his emotions. Moe works as an instrumental member in aiding Dr. Noah and Shua in their fight to take down Ecoban.
