Natsuki Misaka

An elite swordsman and squadron leader of the Kamunabi. He is the younger brother of Ibuki Misaka, the wielder of the Enchanted Blade Cloud Gouger. Fighting together, the Misaka Brothers were nearly invincible on the battlefield. During the Seitei War, Natsuki was a candidate to wield the blade Kumeyuri, but he was passed over in favor of Yoji Uruha. Following the Seitei War, while Ibuki retired as a swordsman, Natsuki continued practicing swordsmanship. He seeks to fight the Hishaku to avenge his older brother's death.
