Neizai

A mysterious female with a robotic voice, acrobatic moves, and a strange technological mask that covers her face, Neizai is shrouded in mystery. She tends to appear out of the blue to provide help and information to multiple sides, yet never interferes that much directly, preferring to remain behind the scenes. She appears to take her orders from Ulyte and is often seen talking to him often when he's by himself.
