Nero

A member of the eldora five, Nero is the apparent leader of the group. A strong lover of alcohol, Nero frequently drinks himself unconscious, all the while, telling heroic tales of his glory days. In the eldora five's armor, Nero is the chief gunner.

He first meets Van for the first time when Wendy drags an unconscious Van to the pink amigo restaurant for food. He takes to Van immediately as a fellow armor rider who does (what he considers) great, heroic deeds. He and the rest of the eldora five join Van for good later on when Van goes to assault The Claw's island.
