Pansy

Penny (or Panji) is a young girl from the Dragonball movie Curse of the Blood Rubies. Wanting peace back to her land after an evil tyrant King has seized power she eventually starts trouble with his troops eventually causing her to set out on a journey to find a strong enough warrior to help. She then ends up at Master Roshi's asking his help who recommends Goku for the task. Finally after Goku's help she then asks Shenron to bring peace back to her land to which he grants, returning everything back to normal.
