Paragus

The father of Broly, when Freeza destroyed Planet Vegeta, Broly used a sphere of his own power to protect himself and Paragus, and transport them to another planet. Paragus raised Broly, and eventually had a scientist create a crown capable of restraining, and controlling Broly's rage and power. Paragus later came up with a plan to get revenge on Vegeta, but failed due to Broly breaking the crown and going berserk. He was killed by Broly who threw his escape pod into a comet. Paragus also makes a cameo appearance in Movie 12 as a villain in the background behind Freeza after they escape from hell.
