Percy Bacharach

Lt. Percy Bacharach works for the Chicago Police Department, and has made it his personal mission to have Bean Bandit thrown in jail for his activities, namely Bean's courier business that's having a lot of police cruisers wrecked pursuing him. During the Grimwood kidnapping case, which Bean and Rally Vincent were framed as the kidnappers, he was able to obtain a tool that might finally get the job done, a 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby Cobra 500, close to a match for Bean's custom Ford RS-200, a.k.a. 'The Buff' (that same car was also Rally's car in 'Gunsmith Cats').
