Poppy

A psionic from the elite Momiji School. Going undercover as a transfer student by the request of Momiji's principal, he is sent to Urara School to spy on what makes the Urara School so great. While there, he is unable to keep a low profile, and so Popi-kun gives in and slowly begins to tolerate his new classmates.

He comes out much later in the manga but become important character in many of the stories thereafter.
