He is a second-year high school student of Prefectural Sanada North High School and a member of its student council. His real name is unknown and he is always referred to with his title. Regardless of his intimidating face, something which he is oblivious of, he is actually gentle and exceptionally well-mannered. He speaks politely albeit the rough tone of his voice.

He also admitted that he was a former delinquent who then reformed when the President invited him to join the student council. He is shown to be very proficient in his work and has a good reputation.
