Robert T. Sturgeon

Robert was a United States Army Special Forces operative who aided Ryu throughout Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos, constantly revealing information about the Ashtar. After defeating Jacquio, Robert quit the Army in order to fight alongside Ryu against those who would want to resurrect the evil gods. Robert works in a private detective agency together with Jeff.
