Rum

Rum is Fino's friend/guardian and one of Van Quart's works. The colorful "Bird of Paradise" that was put up for auction is actually a female from the same species as Kir, but this was only revealed in the manga. In the anime she remains with her artistic colors.

When she was little, Rum was picked up by Fino's mother, who loved birds. Rum is always doing her best to look after Fino, and helps Jing in his final fight against Drambuie and the chameleon Dr. Spatlese, inheriting the last Kir Royale from the injured Kir.
