Runaway Slave

A nameless slave rescued by Thors at the start of Vinland Saga. He belonged to a group of Jomsvikings and had escaped before being found and saved by Thors from freezing to death. Thors refused to return him and traded eight sheep to secure his freedom. However, the slave died shortly after from exhaustion and exposure. His brief appearance emphasizes Thors’ rejection of violence and his deep respect for human life.
