Ryou Shimazaki

Ryou Shimazaki is a powerful esper, member of the now defunct terrorist organisation Claw and a former part of the Ultimate 5. The Slits where his eyes were formerly act as scars from his past life. While commonly unknown, it has been confirmed that Ryou does in fact have no eyes, instead relying on his nose for navigation, similar to a bat.
