Sanpei Mihira

Sanpei Mihira is a boy at about thirteen who has a great passion for fishing. He tries to learn as many techniques and secrets to become a successful fisherman, with the help of his grandfather and his teacher Ippei Gyoshin. What matters most to Sanpei is not so much the size of the fish caught, but the inner discipline and technique to be able to improve.
