Seiha Shiunji is the second oldest Shiunji sibling, second only to her older sister Banri Shiunji. She is a third-year high school student, who is the valedictorian of her school and the Science Club president.

Seiha has long, pale blue hair with choppy bangs that frame her face. Her expression is often flat, giving her the aura of someone that is cool and collected. She has thick eyebrows and wears a pair of blue glasses with large frames. While in her school uniform, she is usually seen wearing a black sweater over her top. She is the shortest of the Shiunji siblings. She has been given her mother's ring, which she wears sometimes and keeps safe.

Arguably the smartest Shiunji sibling, Seiha is the top ranking student in their entire school, as well as the president of the science club. She is so book smart that she can come off as cold and distant, tackling almost every problem as logically as possible. At times, this logical approach to everything can go to extremes and make the people around her uncomfortable, but she doesn't see to notice this.
