Seiji

Seiji is the lead singer of Clouds who created the invisible city and concurrently the invisible city's leader who manages its youth. With his androgynous facial features he is charismatic and has calm resolution.

As Souhei can longer go back home after visiting the transparent city, he takes Souhei in and acts as a father-like role to him. He's interested in something that Riina has.
