Selesia Upitiria

The main female protagonist of the anime "Elemental Symphony of Vogelchevalier" that was adapted from a light novel of the same title. She's a typical strong female lead with a comedic side. After learning that she's a fictional character, she at first struggles to adapt to the situation, but eventually comes to terms with it. She's a skilled sword fighter and is capable of flight. She also owned a huge mecha called Vogelchevalier, until it was destroyed by Military Uniform Princess.
