Shingo Outorou

Matt Engarde was an action star who played the titular character in Global Studios' The Nickel Samurai, the character was crowned the Hero of Heroes Super Hero at the Hero of Heroes Grand Prix. He was the defendant in Farewell my Turnabout (the 4th case in Justice for All).

Matt had an intense rivalry with the victim, Juan Corrida between their respective characters, though its implied Matt is the one who usually comes out on top. Both shows were held at the exact same time each week. Matt Engarde's motto is "Refreshing like a spring breeze", and relies on his manager Adrian Andrews to manage his schedule.
