Card Shop Manager

An unnamed clerk who owns the RPG Hobby Trading Card shop. The manager's shop stocked the new Duel Disks that were used in the Battle City tournament. He also worked for the Ghouls, informing them when someone who owned a rare card registered for the tournament. The merchant altered Katsuya Jonouchi's ranking in order to allow them to have access to his "Red-Eyes Black Dragon" and claimed it was a technical error. After Jonouchi left with his friends, the manager called up Marik Ishtar to have him send over the Rare Hunters to target Jonouchi's "Red-Eyes Black Dragon". This caused Marik to dispatch three Rare Hunters to Domino City.

In the manga, Dark Yugi figured this out and went straight to the shop to confront the manager, but instead found Pandora waiting for him.
