Shunack

Shunack awakened from the past sometime before Toola. He is strong-minded and very intelligent. He once lived in Neutral City and even became an "Enhanced Being." After he was opposed by the people, he joined the Ragna Army and managed to work his way up to the rank of colonel. He despises the present world and yearns for it to be normal again.
