Snakey is the first Beyblader chosen to wield Gideon's magna core system. His beyblade is able to cut through steel. He is chosen to challenge Tyson Granger and defeat him, but he is defeated instead.
Afterwards, Gideon had no use for Snakey anymore since all he wanted was test footage of Dragoon in action.
