Bruce J. Speed

One of the more outspoken members of the SDF and, at first, one of Manabu's biggest dissidents. The two of them eventually learns to get along once Manabu learn about Bruce's past and how all of his partners have met with untimely deaths, and then later, when Manabu is forced to shoot an escaped convict to save the life of Yuki Sexaroid, the SDF medic.
