Magic Store Owner

The owner of a store that Frieren visits for magical tools and supplies. He wears a monocle and stocks a variety of goods. Frieren visits him twice in the fifty years between Era Meteors. The second time, he has visibly aged and now has a mustache. He informs her that he doesn't have any Shadow Dragon horns, and that Shadow Dragons haven't been seen in twenty to thirty years.
