Suimei

Madame Suimei is one of the employees of Phantom Quest Corp. Being a fortune teller, she has the innate ability to locate spirits wherever they may be. Of course, she doesn't offer her services for free, and much to Ayaka's chigrin usually demands payment up-front, and Suimei will sometimes go out of her way to avoid Ayaka if she's delinquent with the funds!
