Takaki Uno

Takaki is the leader of the younger children of CGS, later Tekkadan. He is strict, wanting them to contribute as much as everyone else unlike before when the adults were in charge. Takaki has a seven-year-old sister named Fuka who lives in an orphanage. He tells Biscuit that she's six-years younger than him, making him thirteen. He was able to put her into an orphanage after he started getting paid by Tekkadan but wants to send her to school one day.
