Niimi Taku is one of the members of the 14 Mountain Mountaineering Association K2 Attack Team, recruited after undergoing countless tests and bending over backwards to earn a spot on the team. Aiming the unexplored East Face of K2 which means everything to him, he seeks to remove the stigma attached to his father, who was a mountain climber.
