Jared is a character of the day who appeared in the Pokémon Chronicles episode Putting the Air Back in Aerodactyl!.
Jared is a research assistant in the Sayda Lab, a part of the research team headed by Dora. He's put in charge of escorting Tracey and Professor Oak to Sayda Island and helps in the search for the missing Aerodactyl. He was very excited to show Tracey and Professor Oak how well Gary had been doing.
Jared's character was not developed very much, as he had very little on-screen time and not many speaking parts, but he is a valued assistant to the research team at Sayda Laboratory.
