Teppei Sugihara

Teppei Sugihara (杉原 哲平, Sugihara Teppei) is a student who transfers to Kaimei High School in the first chapter. In primary school, he was bullied by Jōgasaki who subsequently pressures him into covering a member of the Sket Dan with paint. As a result, he becomes the culprit behind the "Paint-Man" incident. After it is resolved, Teppei ends up joining the school basketball team. He is later voted as class 2-C's "number one sportsman."
