Tetsuko Koku

Tetsuko is a classmate of Punie and also her best friend. She is often confused about what is happening and easily becomes upset. Her name comes from Kokutetsu (Japan National Railways), followed by -ko, a typical suffix for girl's name. As such, she identifies with trains, which appear in montages.
