Udo Ayanokouji the 51st

Woody is a Sylph. His job is to deliver packages and other goods to people in Neo-Venezia, or delivering people's treasured feelings as he called it. He loves 'swimming' through the sky, and prefers his nickname because it's less formal than his actual name. In the manga, Woody has a somewhat poor sense of direction, and is mostly unable to work without using a map.

He's a childhood friend of Akatsuki, the two often spending time playing outside, occasionally being looked after by Al.
