The cantankerous elderly building manager of the housing complex. She is initially prejudiced towards the Middle Eastern interns due to them being foreign and feels they are disrespecting the housing complex with their "weird" practices. Like all the elderly tenants, she shows affection for Kimi and dotes on her constantly.
