Totta Tachitsute

Though he is an elementary school student who is 10 years old, Totta’s entire life revolves around fishing, which can be attributed to his late father, who was a passionate fishing expert. He discovered the mysterious Bakutsuri Bar Rod after visiting his father’s gravesite one day. After realizing what it could do, Totta decides to go on a self-imposed mission to catch the strongest of bar souls.
