Touru Osaragi

He is Hazumu's father, who loves taking pictures of Hazumu. This often consists of him trying to get Hazumu in provocative poses and expressions which leads his wife to wrestle him down to the ground. Additionally, he repeatedly attempts to take a bath with his daughter but is always stopped.
