Tsurara-chan

Tsurara-chan has short blond hair, dark purple eyes, and a spiky ice hat. She also wears a blue coat with pink triangular patterns, a white collar and pants, and pink shoes. "Tsurara" is Japanese for "icicle", so she can also be called "Icicle-chan". She lives in the Valley of the Icicles.
Tsurara-chan wields icicles. She uses them to play music.
Tsurara-chan first appeared in February 10, 1992 in the episode Anpanman and Tsurara-chan. She appeared in several more episodes, most recently in early 2012.
