Usami Akira

Akira Usami is a scientist, working at the laboratory of Otomo City and an impostor of Skullman. Detective Shinjou considers him a shady man and maybe the culprit of the killings and doesn't get along with him, going as far as to follow him to monitor his moves, despite the lack of proof of him being the murderer.

Usami interests Minakami, who tries to interview him, much to Shinjou's displease. Usami later tries to eliminate the original Skullman.
