Wakana

Wakana is the wife of Shinnosuke and was possessed by a salamander's egg which forced her to kill men and bring them to the salamander spirit who would take their flesh. She lured her husband, Miroku, and Sango but later she overcame her possession when Miroku punched the egg out of her stomach, defeated the demon and reunited her with her beloved husband who she thought had died in battle.
