Willem

Willem is the guild master of the Adventurers Guild in Karenina Town, a formerly A-Ranked adventurer.

A well-built man that has gray hair and a semi aged face. He is usually seen wearing sleeveless shirts. He also has a small ponytail to finish his appearance.

He is an easy-going kind of man, that is able to make the most out of a dire situation. He also cares about the well-being of all his adventures and staff as seen when a group of newbie adventures were attacked and poisoned by wyverns and also proud to say he will work as a guildmaster until he can no longer write. With this passion, he is also pragmatic with his position, refusing items from Mukouda due to lack of funds. However, due to the unbelievable number of high-ranking monsters and the large variety of rare item drops that he gets from Mukoda via Fel, he gets shocked and frustrated at not being able to service Mukouda properly. As such whenever Mukoda is around ,he always tries his best to not be shocked at the load Mukoda drops off, only to fail every time.

He is also a born leader, being able to rally hesistant adventurers to work together to attack the wyvern problem his town encountered (only for Fel to volunteer and handle them all with just his group). He is a kind and thoughtful man, as he made sure that no other adventurers would interrupt Mukoda's group during quest.
