Youichirou Tatsumi

Tatsumi is Kouhei Karino's half-brother; their father is Minister Karino and Tatsumi's mother is the mistress, making Tatsumi the illegitimate son. Tatsumi is also Senzaki's lover. He was a prep before becoming a bad boy. He has bleached hair and some piercings, but he hides them in front of his relatives.
