Yukitaka Saitou

Takamaru's father, a famous so-called "charisma hairdresser" who was raising Takamaru to follow in those footsteps. His own father was originally an undercover ninja, but because of the lack of any sort of communication from their employers, they managed to forget completely about being a ninja family, making them fugitive ninjas once they were finally contacted again. However, once the past came to light, it was decided that Takamaru would enroll into Ninjutsu Academy to take up the family tradition.

He's extremely popular with the women in town, and has had trouble with the occasional overzealous fan.
