Yuuichirou Hikari

Yuuichiro is Netto's father, and is also the creater of Rockman. He is known as a very intelligent and valued Scientist, whom works at the Science Labs, but also travels around the world continuously. Because of his job, he does not get to see his family very much, but he keeps them very much close at heart.

As the series progresses into Axess, Yuuichirou is more often found at the Science Labs, as he develops research on the Dimensional Areas and Cross Fusion. Thus, he becomes much more of a common character past this point. He's often found working alongside a good friend, Meijin Eguchi (Mr. Famous).
