Rio is a fashionable and cute twin brother. His sister Shio thinks she is plain and not as cute as Rio, and has found her free-spirited brother, who dresses in women's clothing, annoying. One day, a candid photo of Rio is featured in a certain magazine, and so begins his career as a readership-selected model. What's more, before she knows it, Rio is suddenly close with Shio's sweetheart Tamamori-kun!?

Rio always behaves how he wants. On the other hand, Shio cannot accept it and cannot be honest about it.
