Howling: The City of Nightmare

Beautiful women are being targeted and horrifically killed by an unknown assailant. Cries for justice pour into the police department but the team assigned to the case is nowhere close to catching the evasive killer. But suddenly a reclusive young man with a mysterious ability arrives to offer his assistance and he may hold the key to finding the answers the police so desperately seek.
