Nina Kamisato is a corporate drone, always heading home on the last train. But one night, when she's about to eat her late dinner, she's suddenly transported to another world (along with her rice cooker) as part of a saintess summoning ritual. Unfortunately, her beautiful, young neighbor ends up being summoned along with her and is immediately assumed to be the true saintess. Thus, Nina is banished from the royal capital.

Alone in an unknown world with nothing other than her rice cooker, what's a girl to do?! As she tries to wrap her head around what had just ensued, a puppy-like creature then appears before her...
