Kane ga Nai nara Daitemiro

Nishitani, in exchange for his girlfriend's debt, was beaten and forcibly taken away by a debt collector who burst into the woman's room and dragged him away. He wakes up in the debt collector's room. "Hold me," the collector said, as a condition for paying off his debt, but he was unable to get an erection. And so began his life under house arrest living with the man with a scar on his face, whose name he did not even know.
