Four years after the end of the One Year War between the Principality of Zeon and the Earth Federation, Cain Ragnard, a war orphan whose parents were killed by Zeon's attack on Side 7, has joined the Earth Federation Forces. For the vengeance of his parents, Cain joins the special force Shadows to hunt down the remnants of the Zeon menace.
